This will be for the Purpose of providing Expert, Highly Qualified Loss Mitigation High Volume Real Estate Agents and Brokers (Short Sale Certified) to Banks and Lenders who have teamed with us ShortSalePath.com and our Joint Venture partner ShortSalePlan.com, working together toward selling troubled assets that may be in default. They will do this by completing "TOP DOWN/LENDER APPROVED and CERTIFIED SHORT SALES".
These agents will be hand selected by an Application Process from Preferred REO Agents, Qualified Short Sale Agents and Qualified High Volume/Market Leader Retail Agents. These agents will fully understand the need and embody the best track record of determining Real Estate Values… and they will be highly capable of working with Homeowners, Lenders and Investors nationwide as part of our Vendor Database.
Simply put: These Agents will be the Best of the Best Nationwide.
